Sick of blobbing out on the couch? If somehow you got to reading my blog, go get and run.. if you were feeling as lethargic as I was after four hours in a car and two DVDs back to back… oh and some less than healthily food, then a good 45 minute run is the best medicine!
Exercise will not only keep ya toned, but give your brain down time to de-clutter. Feeling like your in a holding pattern or you don’t know your next career, relationship or some other major life directional decision? Go exercise and let your brain completely wander… you never know your figure might even notice it too….
